Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed at Air Ticket Fee.

24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation

Under U.S. DOT regulations, tickets booked at least 7 days before departure may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, with no service fee charged by us. Airline rules may vary.

Cancellations Beyond 24 Hours

Cancellations beyond the 24-hour window are subject to airline fare rules and our Post-Ticketing Fee Schedule. Most economy tickets are non-refundable; exceptions apply for specific fare classes.

Refundable vs. Non-Refundable Tickets

• Refundable tickets: Eligible for cash refund minus airline and service fees.
• Non-refundable tickets: May be eligible for future travel credit minus applicable fees.
• Service fees: All AirTicketFee service fees are non-refundable in all cases.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. Credit card refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.

Compassion Exception Policy (CEP)

Military personnel, bereaved travelers, and visually impaired passengers may qualify for reduced fees. Contact us to discuss eligibility.
