General Rules
- Most airline tickets are non-refundable after 24 hours.
- Our service fees and transaction fees are non-refundable in all cases.
- Government taxes are subject to the airline's refund policy.
Eligible Refund Conditions
A refund may be processed if all of the following are met:
- The travel supplier's fare rules permit cancellations and refunds.
- We have accepted and approved the refund request.
- The booking is not classified as a "no show."
- We are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process the refund.
No-Show Policy
Most "no show" bookings are not eligible for any waiver for refund processing. Contact us immediately if you miss your flight.
Compassion Exception Policy
Fee relief is available under our CEP for Military personnel, Bereavement situations, and the Visually Impaired. Call us to discuss eligibility.
