Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and airline fare rules.
• Service fees are disclosed at checkout and are non-refundable.
• Final prices include all applicable taxes, surcharges, and service fees.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Changes

Post-ticketing cancellations and changes are subject to our Post-Ticketing Fee Schedule plus applicable airline penalties. Most tickets are non-refundable unless under specific approved conditions.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate passenger information. Name corrections may incur fees. We are not liable for denied boarding due to incorrect passenger details.

Limitation of Liability

Air Ticket Fee acts as an agent for airlines and is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or acts beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid to us.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.
